Copyright and DMCA policy
Last updated: 2026-10-01
We respect intellectual property. We respond to notices that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and to equivalent notices under other laws.
How to send a notice
Use the contact form and choose the topic "Copyright notice". The form asks for each item below. A notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is fine);
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- identification of the material on this site and its URL;
- your contact information, including an email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notification through the same form. It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and where it appeared;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address and contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and to accept service from the complainant.
The material may be restored 10 to 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notification, unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
Repeat infringers
The site has no user uploads. Where any contributed material is published, we will stop publishing material from anyone who repeatedly infringes.
Forwarding notices
We may forward a notice or counter-notification to the party concerned.
